- Registering for tutoring services
- Creating a student education email address
- Automatically setting up student accounts on partnered tutoring platforms
- Offering access to flexible tutoring formats and enrichment programs
- Providing parent dashboards to monitor progress
We are not a direct provider of all tutoring content, but we manage the onboarding and connection to trusted academic partners.
4. User Responsibilities
As a parent or guardian, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding
- Ensure that all uploaded documents are current, valid, and clear
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your profile if your contact information or eligibility status changes
5. Student Email and Platform Access
Upon successful onboarding, CAP will issue a secure student email (e.g., child@whatiscap.com). This email is to be used only for educational purposes. CAP reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or deactivate student email accounts in the event of misuse or upon program withdrawal.
6. Data Privacy
All personal data and documents submitted are handled securely and in compliance with privacy regulations. By submitting your information, you consent to our collection and use of that information strictly for onboarding and educational setup purposes. 7. Communication
You agree to receive communication from CAP via email, SMS, or dashboard notifications regarding your application, onboarding status, student accounts, and relevant updates.

9. Termination
